The Process
1. Explore our unique range of homes
Visit our website or get in contact with your local Harrington Homes consultant to find the perfect home to suit your lifestyle. We have homes ranging from narrow lot, to double story and also substantial acreage designs.
2. Meet with your local Harrington Homes consultant
Once you have selected your ideal design/s, your local consultant will walk you through what customisations to your design are possible and would best achieve your dream home result. At Harrington Homes we encourage customization, so feel free to bring in any inspiration to show your local consultant.
3. Select your custom home upgrade
Your new home includes great quality
inclusions, however you may wish to
upgrade parts of your home. Your local
consultant will walk you through our
popular Prestige Upgrades to select
as additions, or you may have other
specialized upgrades that our team can
arrange to have added for you.
4. Your new home quote
Once all your plan changes have been received and your upgrades chosen, your local consultant will be able to provide you with an initial quote, pending preliminary reports on your new home build. This will give you the opportunity to see everything
detailed to how your new home will be brought to life.
5. Preliminary reports on your site
Upon acceptance of your quote, your consultant will request a small fee to prepare the necessary reports to be
able to proceed to your final contract. This fee is fully deductible from the final
contract price of your home and includes:
• Soil Testing
• Site Inspection
• Contour Survey
• Thermal Efficiency
• Final Standard Working Drawings
6. HIA Contract
After all preliminary reports have been finalised and any price adjustments accepted, you local consultant will request your 5% deposit, and you will receive your HIA contract along with full standard working drawings of your home. Once the deposit is paid we will lodge your building, plumbing and drainage applications with your local council.
